COMPANY INFORMATION: 

Each party and package is individual to each client . Minimum order or $300 for rentals with Delivery . Pick up is also available but there is a refundable deposit required for all pick ups. 

LOCATIONS: Location of picnic, events, and rentals must be within practical access to a car park for loading/ unloading purposes.
Please allow 1-2 hrs to set up at the beginning and to pack down at the end of the event.
Travel fees may apply for delivery outside of areas we operate in . Gold Coast to Byron Bay 

PERMITS:
Permit to use public area is not included. Permit can be organized upon request.

HIRE TIMES:
Hire time is 4 hrs maximum . Longer hours can be arranged on request.
Delivery/set up and pack down is on the same day of the event unless arranged otherwise. Pack down and pick up will be arranged  before date of the event with the consideration of safety, noise and visibility at public areas. 

EQUIPMENT :
Most rental and event equipment is NOT WATERPROOF. They can not be set up or left out in the elements of rain. Please have a plan B wet weather plan at an accommodation or reschedule in the event of rain. 
 

RESERVATION LEAD TIME: 
We require a two week lee way for bookings . We can take last minute bookings if the date is available. 
 
CHANGE OF DATE POLICY?
There is a 50% non refundable deposit for all parties and rentals to book your spot .

ALCOHOL: We are not licensed to serve alcohol beverages , and are not responsible for the consumption of alcohol at your event. Licensed serving of Alcohol can be organized upon request.
